| Welcome to 22 Bondgate, a lovely old cottage
in the centre of Helmsley on the edge of the North Yorkshire
Moors. Helmsley is a historic little town and a popular
base for holidaymakers exploring the area by car or on foot.
The holiday cottage is one minute's walk from the market square
in Helmsley.
 Most of the rooms
in the holiday cottage retain their original oak beams. On
the ground floor there is a sitting room (with colour
television), a kitchen (with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave
and washer/dryer), a bathroom (with bath, power shower, wash
basin and loo) and a conservatory that we use both as a dining
room and a very sunny sitting room. The conservatory
opens onto a private, south-facing garden (shown right).
 On the first floor
of the holiday cottage there is the main bedroom (with a
five foot double bed), a shower room and toilet and single room.
There is a further large bedroom on the second floor with a
double bed and a single bed.
The cottage
sleeps up to 6 people and comprises two double rooms and one
single room.
